With a maximum capacity of six guests, this home is ideal for families, full of charm and natural light. It offers all the amenities for a perfect stay: spacious entrance, two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
We provide: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.
Use of the sofa bed with bed linen included for bookings of 3 or 4 guests has an additional cost of €15 per stay (paid in cash to the host). Please inform us in advance so it can be prepared.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning available.
Public parking is free.

-Strict no-smoking policy. If any evidence of smoking is found, a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
-For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy applies with a limit of €80 for utilities.
-A welcome kit with basic hygiene products is provided for the first day (shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bag). Refills are available at an additional cost.
-Enhance your stay with additional services such as extra keys, cleaning, and extra bed linen (available upon request and at extra cost).
-Facilities may only be used by registered guests.
-Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will incur a fee of €25 per hour.
-All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with Portuguese law (sent after booking confirmation).
