The fully equipped kitchen is a true highlight, featuring modern appliances such as a stove, oven, coffee machine. All necessary kitchen utensils are available, allowing guests to prepare delicious meals and enjoy intimate gastronomic moments.
The private bathroom with a shower ensures comfort and privacy. Amenities such as hot water, first aid kit, cleaning products, iron, and hangers complete the experience, making the stay extremely convenient.
The apartment has a portable air conditioning unit to ensure maximum comfort at any time of the year, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep guests connected. Wine glasses and an additional wardrobe offer touches of sophistication and functionality.

- There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.
- Please note that for stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy for public services will be applied up to a limit of €80.
- We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with additional services, such as extra keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the booking
- The checkout time is at 11am, staying outside the scheduled time without prior notice and authorization from your host will result in an extra fee of 25€ for each late checkout hour.
