This brand new villa, fully equipped, is ideally located in Lacanau Ville, facing the port, a stone's throw from the Lake, in a calm and verdant environment. Perfectly suited for family holidays.
The centre of Lacanau Ville and the shops are accessible approximately 800 metres away, while the Atlantic Ocean is located 12 km away. The house has a WIFI connection.
The enclosed garden with a view of the marina offers a particularly pleasant setting for stays with children. It overlooks playgrounds (for children and pétanque). The nearby cycle paths allow you to tour the lake or reach the ocean safely.
The interior of the house is organised around a bright living room, open to a covered terrace. The lounge area is fitted with a sofa, armchairs and television, whilst the dining area has a table and chairs.
The open, functional and well-equipped kitchen includes a sink, induction hobs (2 burners), an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, storage cupboards as well as the crockery and kitchen utensils necessary for a fully autonomous stay.
The night space consists of three rooms, one equipped with a 160 cm bed with a wardrobe, one equipped with a 140 cm bed with a cupboard, and the last offering bunk beds 80 cm.
