Welcome to Phoenix IX 302 — a beautifully decorated 1,521 sq ft beachfront condo perched in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. With two bedrooms, two full baths, and a convenient half bath, this retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
Bedrooms & Sleeping: The master bedroom features a plush king bed and a spa-like ensuite with double vanity, glass-tiled walk-in shower, and handheld showerhead. The second bedroom also offers a king bed with its own private ensuite featuring a tub/shower combo. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping options.
Living & Dining: Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors flood the open-concept living area with natural light and Gulf views. Sink into the large sectional, lounge in stylish swivel chairs, and enjoy flat-screen TVs throughout. The dining table seats four, plus three bar stools at the breakfast bar — perfect for shared meals or morning coffee.
Kitchen & Entertaining: The fully equipped kitchen features white appliances, ample cabinetry, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A convenient wet bar with ice maker and plenty of stemware makes entertaining a breeze.
