The beach is located right in front of the residential development, less than 1 km away, which allows you to enjoy the sea with complete comfort. Furthermore, just a few minutes' drive away you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and all the necessary services for your stay.



The environment is also perfect for those who enjoy leisure and nature. The villa is close to several golf courses, such as Añoreta Golf and Baviera Golf, and its location allows you to combine beach days with trips to such attractive places as Málaga city, located just 20 minutes away, Torre del Mar, Nerja, Peñón del Cuervo, Playas de Maro or the Río Chíllar. All of this makes this property an excellent starting point for discovering both the coast and the interior of the province. ☀️🚗



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms distributed to offer a very comfortable stay: a master bedroom with a 180x200 double bed and two additional bedrooms with two single beds of 90x200 each.
