About this villa rental
Villa Sam is a charming property completely renovated in 2014 situated in a strategic position between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
The property is 200 meters from a couple of restaurants and bars, a mini market and a few shops. The town of Piano di Sorrento is at 2 km, Sorrento is at 5 km and Positano at 7 km from the property ; its particular position, it allows to visit the most famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum in less than 30 kilometers; In addition, you can easily visit the city of Naples, Amalfi and Ravello and the islands of Capri and Ischia; the choice is yours.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool , exclusively available to guests.
This beautiful property , can accommodate up to 10 people in its 4 bedrooms (4 double rooms with an extra bed to be added, if necessary). There are also 2 kitchens in the case of 2 separate families
The property is built on three levels:
On the first floor, we have the kitchen, the living room, two double bedrooms with terrace and sea view and two bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower.
The second floor is connected to the first by an external staircase.
On the second floor, welcomes us a terrace with sea view and a comfortable second kitchen. Other two bedrooms, which also have a terrace overlooking the sea. On the floor there are also two bathrooms.The third floor consists of a large terrace on the roof, fully equipped, with magnificent view.
Private parking for 3 cars is into the property and free of charge.
Neighbourhood and transport:
This fantastic area offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Naples: 50 Km
Positano: 18 Km
Pompeii: 27 Km
Herculaneum: 40 Km
Rental Rules:
Refundable cash deposit of 400 Euros is required upon arrival, the money will be returned on departure after the absence of any damage occurred.
Check-in from 15:00; Check-out by 10:00.
The prices include: bed linen and towels (1 set per person per week).
Exclusive use of the entire property.
Note: The pool is open from 1st May to October (exact closing date depends on the weather conditions).
Additional costs to be paid on arrival:
City tax: € 4,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards) as per Italian law.
Refundable cash deposit of 400 Euros is required upon arrival, the money will be returned on departure after the absence of any damage occurred.

Super Villa, great holiday
We had a great holiday. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Villa was had all necessary items and was very clean, although bath towels could be improved. Kids enjoyed swimming. Lovely view from roof balcony. Good access to Sorrento, although not easy driving those Italian roads!!Source: UpFront Reviews

Fabulous vacation with beautiful accomodations and warm and gracious hosts!
Seven family members spread over five generations spent a week at beautiful Villa San Pietro. The accomodations were beautiful, clean and modern. We were met by Antonino who wanted everything to be perfect for our stay, and it was. We really enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the rooftop patio where we gathered every evening to share the day and a bottle of limoncello. The Amalfi Coast is so lovely, but we were also very impressed with the gracious people of Italy, with Antonino and his charming father at the top of the list.

Family Holiday celebration
We stayed as a family group of 6 for two wonderful weeks in August. Villa San Pietro was an immaculate and beautiful place to stay and we had ample room with plenty to spare as the Villa has four huge bedrooms and four bathrooms. The roof terrace allows for beautiful sunset viewing while sipping your evening drinks and the garden is large enough for the children to play in the pool while adults relax on the verandah. The garden is a delight and its vegetable garden is tended by the wonderful owner who, with his delightful family, was a fantastic host and very welcoming. A previous review mentioned a lack of shutters, but this is not the case now so you can be assured of the sun being shut out if you like. The road can be 'lively' but this is counteracted by the fact that you are staying on the Amalfi Coast road so you should view this as a privilege while you enjoy your time here. The Villa is situated just on the edge of Piano di Sorrento with local amenities a short drive away. A local Mini-mart shop a short walk away serves as a local top up of food and drinks too. Just 5/6 kilometres to Sorrento in one direction, and 7k to Positano in the other you are centrally located for most of the local sites.Source: UpFront Reviews

Amazing villa!
We are a family of 9 and Villa Sam meet all our needs. The children loved the swimming pool and the spacious villa was perfect for 5 adults and 4 children with plenty of room to spare. The owners of the villa communicated with us from beginning to end. They helped prepare us for our arrival, helped during our stay, came round with lunch for us (the biggest pizza's we have ever seen), breakfast on our last day and even hand delivered fresh bread and mozzarella one morning. The villa has the most amazing views and I could not recommend this place more highly. If you want a beautiful villa with stunning views near to Sorrento....get booking. Thank you to Antonio and his family for an amazing stay. We will be back!
