• Campfire area for cozy nights.
• Free private parking.

• No loud music after quiet hours
• No parties or events (let’s respect the neighbors)
• No smoking inside the property
• Do not swim in the canal
• Maximum of 4 vehicles may be parked (in the driveway); do not park on the street or on the lawn.
• Do not flush paper or other solids down the toilet 🚽.

• Lawn mowing varies by season

You can fish, just don’t cook fish inside the house. Use the BBQ grill or campfire.

• Personal flotation devices are provided and must be worn when using kayaks. Please return the kayaks and equipment to their original location after use.
