Cocoonr offers this charming 26 m² studio apartment for rent in L'Isle-Jourdain, which sleeps up to 2 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room (with shower), a garden area, Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included. We're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A south-facing garden area of around 25 m² with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in L'Isle-Jourdain, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, cafés, etc.
Activities:
- Numerous walks nearby: waterside stroll at Lac de Chardes (less than 2 km away), walk to the Viaduc de l'Isle-Jourdain (1.5 km)
- Visit the historic villages of Chauvigny (43 km) and Ouradour (55 km)
- Water sports (canoeing, kayaking, wakeboarding, water skiing, baby skiing, towed buoys)
- Sports activities: accrobranche, bungee jumping and VéloRail
- Tasting of local products
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free close to the accommodation, in a car park with electric charging points.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Poitiers (56 km) or Limoges (76 km). You will need a car to get to the accommodation.
- Nearest airport: Poitiers or Limoges.
