How do we offset the carbon footprint?
The construction was carried out in a non invasive manner, hence, only 25% of the surface of the terrain was built. Trees and animals were/and are protected in accordance to wildlife and biodiversity ethical guidelines.
Solar panels, biodigesters, water wells, and rainwater harvesting systems are part of the sustainable project.

Despite the fact that the house is located in the jungle at an ecological gated community called Pueblo Sacbe, fear not! You are 5 minutes away from the highway, 20 minutes from the nearest beach and 25 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen.
