The open layout includes a living and dining area, a kitchen with a gas range and farmhouse sink, and one bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub.
A set of 12 interior steps leads up from the garage level to the apartment. A washer and dryer are tucked into a laundry nook off the kitchen.
Parking: a garage space is available when the owners are not in town, free street parking otherwise.

Guests have full access to the garage, the private patio, and the carriage house apartment. The main house and its grounds are private and not part of the stay.
