Welcome to our cozy yet spacious 4 BR, 4,100 sq ft oasis on 7.5 acres private farm, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy modern comforts and open living areas, plus a private backyard with lots of grass, beautiful oak trees, and a fire pit for a fun camping-style vibe, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Just 5 min to Mirada & Epperson Lagoons, 35 min to TPA & downtown Tampa, 1 hr to Clearwater Beach & Disney, and 1 hr 20 min to Universal. Explore by day, unwind in nature at night.

Events may be permitted with prior host approval and an additional fee. All events must wind down by 11:00 PM to comply with quiet hours. Overnight guests may not exceed 14, and total event attendance must be approved in advance.
Use of outdoor areas is limited to approved spaces only. Parking is permitted in designated areas—no driving or parking on grass. Open flames, fireworks, tents, vendors, or amplified music require prior written approval.
Guests are responsible for all cleanup and any damage to the home, grounds, landscaping, or surrounding property. Noise complaints, unauthorized guests, or rule violations may result in immediate event termination and additional charges.
