The holiday home, built in 1982 and renovated in 2013, is modernly furnished. The property is popular due to its view of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 126 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. Air conditioning is only on the upper floor. Central heating throughout the house. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The house has two entrances - front of the house on the terrace behind the house through the garden. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and DVD. You have access to the 32 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and parasol. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Orebić. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot of 220 sqm with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property lies between the sea and the road. Ideal for children. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
