About this villa rental
Villa for 6 people located in a beautiful residence with 24-hour security, in a peaceful and authentic setting.
An invitation to happiness and relaxation in a beautiful garden planted with trees under the song of birds.
The beach is located 200m away (private supervised area incl deckchairs, straw huts) and the residence has a large communal swimming pool.
For your shopping, several shops are nearby including Auchan, Super U, pharmacy, bank etc. Several restaurants/hotels are also within walking distance of the beach.
Dénissia, your housekeeper, will be at your disposal for the maintenance of the house
The accommodations are composed of:
GROUND FLOOR:
- A large air-conditioned living room including a
living room with TV (wifi incl) and a table at
dining for 6 people
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A guest toilet
- A large master bedroom with a bed double
180/200 incl private bathroom and toilet (direct access
terrace)
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 160/200 incl bathroom
(direct access to terrace)
- A large covered terrace of 80 m2 with 2
living rooms, 1 dining table for 6 people + plancha
FLOOR:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90/200 incl bathroom + WC
private
- 1 workspace (WIFI connection included)
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as pedestal fans.
You will also find in the house all the necessary equipment for your comfort (sheets, shower towels, crockery, coffee machine + Nespresso, microwave, water fountain, washing machine etc.).
The house is also equipped with a water booster, a battery relay to compensate for any power cut (only for the lights, refrigerator and fans) and WIFI access.
Dénissia, your housekeeper, will be present from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. She will take care of the daily maintenance of your villa. For an additional fee, she will be happy to concoct delicious Senegalese recipes for you and, if necessary, to look after your children for a short evening at the restaurant.
Mohamed, our gardener, will take care of the daily maintenance of your garden (except Sundays).
Supplements to be expected:
- Electricity 160 FCFA per KWH.
An electricity meter reading will be taken on
Your arrival and on the day of your departure.
- Taxes stay will be paid before you
departure: 1000 FCFA per night and per adult (free under 18 years old).
