About this apartment rental
Hello,
I offer you for rent a T3 (60 m2 in Carrez law) for 2 to 4 people. It is located on the first floor of an old renovated farmhouse, easily accessible through the old barn door.
The farm is located in a small quiet hamlet of a few farms on the heights of the village, with a breathtaking view of the Criou. You will be a 5-minute drive from the Vercland gondola. The centre of Samoëns is a 10-minute drive away.
In spring and summer, hiking and mountain biking trails are available near the farm.
The apartment is composed of:
- an entrance hall with a cloakroom and storage
- a kitchen open to a living room
- two bedrooms upstairs, under the roof
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a small balcony
There are also places to stay. private parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped (crockery, pots, cutlery, kettle, French press, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer...).
A raclette machine is also available.
Sheets and towels are provided.
In addition: a flat rate of 50 euros for cleaning fees at the end of your stay.
Rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday (on the site, reservations are to be made from Saturday to Friday ==> 7 nights).PGJyPg
