Step into the open-concept living area and take in the Gulf views through double French doors. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm, uplifting environment for spending time together. A plush king sleeper sofa, cozy seating, and a Smart TV make this great room ideal for both relaxing evenings and laid-back mornings before hitting the beach.
The well-appointed kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining and living areas, offering stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, beach-themed dishware, an under-counter ice maker, and all the cookware you’ll need. A spacious bar and dining table invite everyone to gather comfortably for meals, snacks, and conversation.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12)
• SE King Bedroom: King bed, TV, Gulf-view porch access, direct access to shared east bathroom
• East Shared Bathroom: Double vanity, shower-tub combo; connects to SE King Bedroom and hallway
• NE Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, located next to the shared east bathroom
• N Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, TV
• NW Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk bed + separate twin bed, TV, arcade machine
• Common Bathroom (West): Shower stall
• Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa

A propane grill and beach gear closet help make every beach day simple and memorable.

Situated along Bienville Boulevard, Sea Y’all provides the right balance of privacy and convenience. Restaurants, parks, shops, the Sea Lab, and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary are all just a short drive away.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

The house was clean and is perfectly situated on the beach plus not too far from restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the covered porch with rocking chairs. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it’s time for a bathroom and painting refresh - however bathrooms were clean so that was not an issue. There were only 2 wineglasses which we reported to the rental company and some of the cooking utensils were a little worse for the wear. All and all it was a good place to stay.
