With approximately 170 m² of living space according to Sylt standards, Godjas Hüs accommodates up to six people and is ideal for families, trips with friends, or a comfortable stay for multiple generations. Pets are also welcome.

The house spans the lower and upper ground floors and features a well-thought-out floor plan with three bedrooms, a total of four rooms, two high-quality bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom. The open-concept living area, with a cozy sofa nook and TV, invites you to relax in an elegant atmosphere. Four televisions, digital TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi starting at 100 Mbit/s ensure modern comfort—even during longer stays or when working from home on the island.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers the perfect setting for enjoyable evenings in the kitchen. An induction cooktop, oven, microwave, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment are all included, as are a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and Nespresso espresso machine. The adjacent dining area with a spacious dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals and stylish evenings.

A special highlight is the private Finnish sauna, which promises soothing relaxation after a walk on the beach or a day spent breathing in the fresh North Sea air. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable living environment in every season. The modern bathrooms feature two walk-in showers, high-quality fixtures, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are already included.

Godjas Hüs is also well-equipped for longer stays: a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are available. For families with small children, a crib and a high chair can be reserved in advance.
