Located in the pedestrian historic center of Chiavari, the "caruggio," this elegant 85 sqm apartment offers every comfort. Accommodating up to 3 guests, it features 2 bedrooms (one double, one single) and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in both the living room and bedrooms, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
The apartment is on the second floor. Currently, access is via wide, comfortable stairs, but an elevator will be installed in the coming months.
You’ll have easy access to public transport and beaches (400 m). A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away; a golf course is 15 km from the property.
There is no private parking. Public parking—both street and covered—is available nearby, either paid or free depending on availability. Airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. Please note: this accommodation is for adults only, events are not allowed, and pets are not permitted.

We had a very nice 3 day stay in chiavari. the Apartment is not far from the station so we could easy walk with our luggage. Very nice is the location of the Apartment, you can reach a supermarket and everything you may Need in a few minutes. Monica was a nice Host with many advices and restaurant ideas.The Apartment also has very nice Interieur and was very clean.
