We provide self check-in for convenience, but Megan is always just a message away through Airbnb if you need assistance during your trip.
Our goal is to give guests the perfect balance of privacy, responsiveness, and local insight while you enjoy your time at Adelaide Pointe and the Muskegon waterfront.
• Rental Agreement Required – Guests will be asked to complete a short rental agreement after booking as part of our standard hosting process.
• Quiet & Comfort Monitoring – The condo includes a Minut noise monitoring system that measures sound levels (not conversations) to help ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and prevent noise complaints.
• New Building – This residence is located in the brand-new Adelaide Pointe development. The unit and 6th floor are fully completed and operational, however some areas of the building are still under construction as the development is finalized.
• Future Amenities – A pool and hot tub are planned for the property with a target completion of Summer 2026, but they are not yet available for guest use.
• Fitness Center – Guests do have full access to the on-site weight room and fitness facility during their stay.
