Spectacular views, tranquility, and nature—a stylish vacation home in the Mangfall Valley near Munich
Welcome to our lovingly furnished home on a sunny hillside with a breathtaking view of the Mangfall Valley. This detached house offers approximately 150 m² of space for up to 8 people and is the ideal retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking peace and quiet.
The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area, featuring plenty of natural light, warm wooden floors, and direct access to the large, secluded terrace. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for relaxing evenings spent cooking.
On the first floor, in addition to the kitchen and living area, there is a guest bedroom and a guest bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a king-size bed, two additional large rooms (ideal as children’s rooms, home offices, or bedrooms), as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and an additional shower room.
The spacious, natural garden (approx. 1,500 m²) invites you to relax. Enjoy the sunset in the wood-fired hot tub or unwind in the outdoor sauna with a view of the surrounding countryside.
The location is quiet and unique: to the south, the property borders directly on meadows and farmland, where cows or sheep graze in the summer. The forest, a chapel with mountain views, and the Mangfall River are just a few minutes away.
