About this villa rental
Our family home of 200 m2 is located in the charming district of Pontaillac 100 meters from its beautiful page. You can stay with 10 (4 queen beds and a sofa bed)
It is a charming house of 1,904 that we have completely restored, surrounded by an enclosed garden at the back and a beautiful swimming pool.
The house is spread over 3 levels, you can fit up to 4 vehicles.
The accommodation
The 200m² house is distributed as follows:
The garden level, the first floor and the first floor.
You can access the property through the front door on the first floor but also upstairs directly through the external staircase and finally the garden level directly through the garden.
The first floor:
The entrance to the house (first floor) leads to the main room which has a lounge area (television, internet, sofas and armchairs) and a dining room that can accommodate all the occupants of the house around the table. From the dining room you can access the terrace where you can also eat with a direct view of the kiosk (ideal place to read quietly sheltered from the sun) and the garden. The open kitchen is adjacent to the dining room. It is modern and equipped with all the modern comforts (gas piano, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bean coffee maker, kettle...). A standing table will welcome you for morning coffee.
The office allows you to work quietly with a direct view of the pool. In this same space is the sofa bed (for 2 people), a first bathroom (bathtub) is adjoining this office with integrated toilet.
Between these two levels, an intermediate landing with a separate toilet.
Upstairs:
4 bedrooms are on this level.
Two bedrooms on the left:
- One with a 140 cm bed and a sink
- the other with a 160 cm bed.
a shower room is located in the middle of these two bedrooms equipped with a shower and two single sinks.
Two bedrooms at the end of the corridor, on the right:
- These last two bedrooms each have 160 cm beds, storage space and a desk each.
a third bathroom (shower) separates these two bedrooms (shower with chair for people with reduced mobility), double sink and integrated toilet).
The garden level:
two rooms at your disposal:
-the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam generator).
-The gym (rowing machine, walker, weight bench) board games are at your disposal.
The exteriors:
The unheated swimming pool-pool area with diving pit (10mX5M) has an electric curtain and two gates that can isolate the space for more safety. Garden furniture is in place with parasol.
The garden part (about 130m²) is equipped with a gazebo with outdoor furniture and a table tennis table (rackets provided).
a charcoal barbecue is at your disposal (charcoal at your expense or depending on the charcoal left by previous tenants).
Finally, an annex where you can park your bicycles safely.
Beach equipment is available.
Your vehicles (up to 4) can be brought into the courtyard of the villa.
Leia our cat lives in the house, she is full of sweetness and kindness, you have to feed her and give her something to drink. Pets (only one per reservation) are accepted but must be validated with the owner.
Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Other remarks
Pontaillac beach has a surf and paddle club as well as a Mickey Mouse club for the little ones. A deckchair service is also available.
For wilder beaches, head to "La grand côte"!
In our neighborhood, we recommend the brunches of the restaurant FACE A NEW YORK. The sole et Mio offers refined Italian dishes.
As a family, the BB snack restaurant is very popular and above all a MUST, you will have to go and eat the excellent artisanal ice creams of LOPEZ, second generation ice cream parlour.
Most of our neighbours are adorable elderly people who welcome their grandchildren in the summer, but in case of a slightly "festive" evening, they will appreciate being warned in advance.
Do not hesitate to call us for various and varied information.
In case of "breakage" in the house, be kind enough to inform us...
In case of a small medical problem, there is an excellent on-call service with the "ALLO GARDE" practice every evening from 8 p.m. and on weekends.
During the day, of course, there is the hospital just a stone's throw away and two clinics that also take turns providing emergencies.
