Forestview house with sauna and swimming pool near the North Sea

A detached Scandinavian-style house within easy reach of the North Sea, nestled in the heart of the Schleswig-Holstein Forest with few neighboring homes, offering a truly idyllic setting complete with an on-site sauna, wood-burning stove, and swimming pool.
Two inviting terraces and two balconies that catch the morning and evening sun. The house is also nearly energy self-sufficient and equipped to the latest energy standards: Solar panels on the roof supply the house with electricity and even use solar collectors to heat the 21,000-liter swimming pool. A heat pump and underfloor heating, controlled electronically, ensure a completely silent and comfortable indoor climate. PLEASE NOTE: There are also two male cats in the house who have their own access through a cat flap. They are both very affectionate and an integral part of every rental stay. However, this is not suitable for people with cat dander allergies!

I kindly ask my guests to treat them with care and to look after these two furry friends. As the host, I will, of course, provide food and supplies in advance.
