The Floatinghouse Bellini is a freestanding houseboat in a marina right on the lake—with a dock right outside the door, a view of the lake, and sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. On 44 m², you’ll experience a vacation on the water: enjoy breakfast on the covered terrace in the morning, go swimming or plan boat trips during the day, and wind down the evening in the cozy sofa corner. The Floatinghouse is ideal for couples, families, and anyone who enjoys a romantic yet active getaway—pleasantly secluded, yet with recreational activities and restaurants nearby.

Inside, you’ll find 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping spots, as well as a living area with a TV and radio. The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a glass-ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, kitchen utensils, as well as dishes, silverware, and dish towels. The dining table comfortably seats a group, and thanks to air conditioning, heating, and a gas fireplace, the Bellini is a pleasant place to stay any time of year.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water. To make your stay hassle-free, basic supplies, bed linens, and towels are already provided.
