The Floatinghouse Auszeit is a freestanding houseboat in a vacation resort located directly on the lake, with a dock and stunning views of the lake and surrounding countryside. With 44 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 5 people, who can enjoy a special getaway surrounded by nature, comfort, and maritime serenity. Whether it’s a romantic getaway for two, a family vacation, or active excursions: Here you’ll enjoy a peaceful and pleasantly secluded stay without having to miss out on the recreational activities in the surrounding area.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with a sofa nook, dining table, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped for self-catering: a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware are provided; dish towels and a starter kit make getting started a breeze. For relaxing outdoor moments, there’s a covered terrace with patio furniture, sunshades, and lounge chairs—perfect for letting your gaze wander over the lake. An electric grill rounds out the outdoor experience.

The Floating House features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water. Bedding and towels are included, so you can arrive with ease. Air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round, while fly screens and privacy screens on all windows provide comfort and privacy. Safety has also been taken into account: smoke and fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and an alarm system are provided. Children are welcome, and the entire property is designated as a smoke-free accommodation.

Surrounding the floating house, you’ll find the beach, swimming, and water sports—from sailing and windsurfing to canoeing and excursions; boat rentals are available, as is fishing. Those who prefer to stay active on land will find great conditions for biking, hiking, or jogging.
