Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron.
Outside:
- Two 3 m² balconies, one accessible from the north-facing living room (with furniture) and the other from the south-facing bedroom, to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is located in Arcachon, close to the town centre and the beach. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
