First Floor: BEDROOM #1 offers a queen bed and full bath with shower only. OPEN CONCEPT LIVING AREA with ISLAND KITCHEN and QUARTZ Countertops Throughout! Full Size W/D in Unit. Fully stocked kitchen. Patio doors to open space facing lake.
Second Floor: Has a common TUB/SHOWER Combo (for BEDROOMS 3 and 4). BEDROOM 2 (THE MASTER) features a gorgeous King Bed AND an extra-large TWIN pull out sofa (for small children) and an ensuite bathroom shower and double sinks. BEDROOM 3 features 1 Queen Bed. BEDROOM 4 features 2 XL Twin Beds.
The space is tranquil and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, golfing, and theme parks. Promenade at Sunset is located inside the community and just a 2 min drive or a community shuttle sprint away. Walking to the Prominade is also a great way to off a meal too! Want to make it a gameboard night, we have that too. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this wonderful home offers plenty of room to unwind and connect. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
