You'll be close to cafés, restaurants, surf spots, yoga studios, padel courts, supermarkets, and famous beach clubs like Old Man's, The Lawn, Atlas, and Finns—all within easy reach. Spread across two floors, the villa features a large private pool, an enclosed air-conditioned living room, fast Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps), a Smart TV, and an indoor dining area.

- The villa is set over two floors with stairs (may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues).
- The lounge/living area is fully enclosed and air-conditioned.
