Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Paris, this superb 40 m² flat located in the heart of the Île Saint-Louis, on the 3ᵉ floor of a XVIIᵉ century building (without lift), which can accommodate up to 4 travellers, with Wi-Fi connection.
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium stays (30 nights minimum)
Situated in one of the capital's most emblematic districts, this timelessly charming flat boasts elegance and meticulous attention to detail. It comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a shower room, plus a separate toilet.

- A refined living room with sofa bed, concealed TV, armchairs and dining area
- A top-of-the-range open kitchen with marble worktop, fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, etc.)
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), storage space and elegant glass partition with curtains
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the flat has been renovated by an architect, with an authentic feel (parquet flooring, exposed beams) and tasteful decor combining old-world charm with contemporary touches. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.
