With an area of 35 m², the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a sofa bed in the living room, thus able to accommodate up to 3 people.
The living room with TV and Wi-Fi overlooks a small terrace facing the pine grove. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, air fryer and utensils. The rental also includes a washing machine, a hairdryer and a bathroom with WC. You have an outdoor parking space and access to common areas: library, ping pong table and children's playground.
