This Fisherman's dream lodge is newly furnished and has new smart TV's in each room. The best part is you can park up to a 34 ft. boat right in the backyard dock. This home invites guests to enjoy the fun in the sun, ocean and beach to create wonderful memories in a cozy and enjoyable private getaway. With ocean access to both the Gulf and clear blue Atlantic, bring your boat and enjoy fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving to some of the keys best places. The famous 7 mile bridge is just a hop skip away and is awesome to fish on those windy rough days. You will love walking or riding the bicycles down the street to Sombrero Beach, or Surf Styles in the opposite direction. This is a fantastic place you will love. (Please note we have added pool heating and cooling pool for winter and summer use at an additional cost of $150 per week, the cooling option in summer is awesome and very few properties offer this feature).
