Charming and original apartment loft just a few steps from the renowned Navigli district.
The approximately 45 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has a delightful private garden, equipped and fenced.
The area meets all your basic needs but is also an excellent reference point for Milanese nightlife, while remaining in a quiet residential street.
The city center is just a few subway stops away. The central station can be reached in 9 stops.
The Space:
You will be welcomed by a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and electric kettle, as well as all the utensils you need to prepare a delicious lunch or informal dinner.
There is a dining table, smart TV, and a comfortable sofa to relax on, which converts into a bed for one person.
There is a bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Small samples of shower gel and shampoo are also provided.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine, which is comfortable, safe, and functional, with direct access via an iron staircase.
You will find a comfortable double bed and ample space to store your clothes and luggage.
Air conditioning is available throughout the accommodation free of charge.
Restaurants, pubs, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks are available nearby and within walking distance. The Darsena dei Navigli is about 2 km away.
The Romolo metro stop on the green line M2 is a 4-minute walk away and will take you to the central station or the city center.
Bocconi University is less than 3 km away and can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes or by bus line 91 in about 15 minutes.
