It's steps from the Convention Center and the neighborhood is close to all the beaches. You can also walk to the vibrant nightlife of the T-Mobile District, known for its exquisite dining, boutiques, and thriving arts scene! The area is filled with delicious restaurants and great bars and one of the nicest parts of San Juan!
YOUR COLORFUL CONDO
Step into a home filled with color, creativity, and comfort. Our living space is adorned with handpicked artwork and vivid hues that inspire and soothe the soul. From the abstract paintings to the tasteful design, every wall tells a story that adds depth and character to the space.
Begin and end your day with ocean views from the comfort of your plush bedroom. The azure waters stretch out endlessly, offering a serene contrast to the bustling city.

The spectacular T-Mobile Entertainment District and Convention Center is under a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Perfect for anybody who is attending a conference in PR.
It's a quiet apartment. No loud noise after 10pm. No smoking ($500). No parties ($1000). I use this apartment for reading, meditating, yoga, and it's a very peaceful space. The apartment is setup for 2 people.
****IMPORTANT THINGS TO UNDERSTAND***:
* Unit has one queen bed
* Puerto Rico is subject to power/water outages.
* When power goes out, the unit is without power. Generators are for common areas so the elevators and lights work in common areas.
Other things to note
- We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance when traveling to Puerto Rico.
-In Puerto Rico, there are frequent, unpredictable power and water outages that might affect your stay. These outages can impact all utilities in the unit, such as internet, refrigeration, hot water, and common facilities. The building has a generator for the hallways, elevators, and a water cistern that lasts for approximately 24 hours. Phone charging is available at the main lobby door security booth. No refunds will be granted for power, water, internet outages, or loss of food.
-An initial stock of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap is provided for your arrival. If you need to restock anything, message me, but there is also a Pueblo supermarket nearby
