About this apartment rental
Our 3 vacation apartments measure approximately 45 m² plus a covered outdoor seating area of 10 qm.
The large vacation apartment (family apartment) is 90 square meters in size, plus a 20-square-meter terrace.
They are centrally located on a quiet town square and are part of a complex comprising a historic water tower and a new building. This new structure is built using eco-friendly solid wood construction methods. We have paid special attention to using building materials that are ecologically sound. The green flat roof helps regulate the climate, allowing us to avoid the need for complex air-conditioning systems so far. The chosen construction method shields the building from harmful radiation such as radon and electromagnetic waves. After long hikes in the Palatinate Forest, our guests find a cozy atmosphere in the natural, wood-paneled interiors. The vacation complex’s barrier-free, threshold-free design makes a stay here just as appealing for seniors as it is for active young vacationers.
There is a bicycle storage area for guests bringing their own bikes.
