Whether you're planning a golf getaway, catching Spring Training, or simply escaping to sunny Arizona, Athena's Crown Jewel is the perfect place to relax and unwind. This beautifully updated single-story Mesa home combines comfort, privacy, and everything you need for an easy vacation.
The backyard is what guests love most. Spend your days cooling off in the private pool, practicing your short game on the putting green, grilling dinner on the built-in BBQ, or relaxing under the covered patio with your favorite drink. With outdoor dining for six, plenty of lounge seating, and a beverage refrigerator just steps away, it's the perfect place to enjoy Arizona's beautiful weather from morning coffee to evening sunsets.
Inside, you'll find a bright, open living room featuring a power reclining sectional and a large Smart TV—perfect for movie nights after a day exploring the Valley. Looking to unplug? You'll also find board games tucked away for family game nights.
The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before tee time or a family dinner after a day at the ballpark. To finalize your booking, all guests must complete a rental agreement and guest verification through Truvi. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text before your arrival. This verification process ensures compliance with local city regulations for short-term rentals and helps us provide a safe and secure stay for all guests.

Noise Policy
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.
Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.
Damage Policy
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.
Reservation Payments
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.
Security Cameras
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
