The kitchen is clean and well laid out, equipped with modern appliances. A comfortable and spacious dining area with a table for 8 Upstairs there’s the living room area with comfy couch and large TV with Netflix ,Youtube and fast WiFi. Once upstairs you can also find the private patio with a jacuzzi & bbq perfect for entertaining.
The building has a 24-hour concierge and security. /New building, opened in 2019. There is two main level parking and one underground parking available to our guests.The apartment has Amazing city views from practically everywhere. There is also a washer and dryer for those who need it.A full kitchen with all necessary utensils is provided to you so you can prep your own meals if desired.The two bedrooms each have King size beds , each with their own bathroom, closets & air conditioners.Upstairs the Patio has it’s own private heated pool, full bathroom, bbq and speaker for entertainment. All the apartment windows have shutters for extra security purposes including the front door.Every room in the apartment has air conditioning and strong wifi. Maid included upon request. IN OUR PRICE WE HAVE A MAID THAT CAN COME FOR OUR HOME CLEANING, MOPPING, SWEEPING AND WASH BEDDING AND TOWELS MON-FRI 10am-5pm AT YOUR REQUEST. IN THE PRICE ITS INCLUDING THE LIGHT AND HOME CLEANING FEES. NOT TO FOLD YOUR CLOTHES IN YOUR LUGGAGE OR CLOSET. NOT TO IRON YOUR CLOTHING.NOT TO COOK. NOT TO WASH YOUR CLOTHING. JUST CLEANING.
