Designed for flexibility and comfort, the home features two living areas, including an open‑plan lounge and dining space and a separate rumpus room. During winter, the wood fire creates a warm and inviting setting after a day skiing at Mt Buller or exploring the Victorian High Country, while in warmer months the layout encourages easy indoor–outdoor living.
Large sliding doors open to a covered alfresco terrace that runs the length of the home and connects seamlessly to the well‑equipped kitchen via a servery window. This makes outdoor dining and entertaining simple and enjoyable.
The private, fully fenced backyard includes a swimming pool, level manicured lawn, BBQ, and outdoor dining area, creating an ideal space for families and groups to relax and unwind. Maximum guests: 10 (excluding infants under 2).
Parties & events: Not permitted.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 penalty applies if smoking occurs inside.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise that may disturb neighbours is not permitted
