* Bedroom 1: King bed (adjustable) with ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and ceiling fan.
* Bedroom 2: Two Twin beds with Smart TV and ceiling fan.
* Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa.
Amenities:
* Professionally cleaned with fresh linens and a starter supply of essentials.
* Private balcony, Smart TVs, free WiFi, central A/C and heating, keyless entry, private washer and dryer.
* Fully renovated quartz kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and basic cooking essentials. Guests are responsible for washing dishes.
* Community amenities: Tennis courts, putting green, picnic tables, community grills, and free parking (two vehicles).
* Outdoor pool & hot tub: April 15 – October 15 (9 AM – 9 PM).
* Indoor pool: October 15 – April 15 (9 AM – 9 PM). Amenity hours are subject to HOA changes.
Accessibility: Second-floor condo accessed by stairs (each set of eight steps has a landing).
Guest Access: Full access to the condo (except locked owner closets). Shared amenities are managed by the HOA and subject to availability.
House Rules:
* Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
* No smoking or vaping.
* No pets.
* No parties or large gatherings.
* Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
* Primary guest must be 25+ (unless approved by HOA).
* The reservation holder must be present during the stay. No third-party bookings.
* Max Occupancy 6
Other Information:
Regular pest control service is performed; occasional pest sightings may occur. No history of bed bugs. Claims require professional inspection; false claims may result in fees.
House Rules & Important Information
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No Pets or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.
No Parties or Large Gatherings: Events, parties, or large group gatherings are not permitted such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.
Additional Charges: Additional fees and taxes may apply.
ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.
Property Access & Restrictions
The HOA strictly prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal golf carts. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your vehicle as unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.
Additional Notes
No Daily Housekeeping: A starter supply of essentials and fresh linens is provided.
Pest Control: Monthly pest control is performed; occasional sightings may occur.
Bed Bug Policy: No history of bed bugs. False claims will result in inspection fees charged to the guest and can result in legal action.
Pool & Parking Items: Pool wristbands and parking passes must be returned at check-out. Replacement fees may apply for lost or missing items.
