About this cottage rental
Charming luxury Cottage on the banks of 4 mile Creek, with quick access to Spooky Nook and Miami University! Relax in comfort watching the creek pass you by. Beautifully appointed private creekside lodge with lots of room to unwind. Just minutes from great shopping and dining in both Hamilton and Miami University, Oxford. Located on the outskirts of Cincinnati, with quick access on 275 all the great destinations , including Kings Island!
The space
Beautifully appointed cottage with the most unique view in all of Butler County with private space for you and your family to enjoy. This listing takes up the entire first floor of my home. I live on the second floor but we both have our own private entrances. Both floors are totally sealed off from one another for everyone's privacy. **Loud get togethers or parties are strictly prohibited.** Creekside Cottage is a no smoking or vaping environment.
Guest access
The cottage has its own private entrance. Two bedrooms with full bath. Bedrooms are king and one is queen. There is also two rolling beds and a queen sofa hide-a-bed available. You'll have your own private kitchen and dining room. The dining room features a beautiful pellet stove. You also have your own private living room and den with another pellet stove and a gaming area featuring a classic Wii game system! NO cable TV is provided. This is a rural area, we want you to come and relax. You also have access to a private deck with a hot tub overlooking the best view on earth! A barbecue grill is also provided on the deck.

We really enjoyed the beautiful location and privacy. (We have a barky dog so less stimulation the better! And room to run). Place was spotless and the host very responsive. Comfy furniture and home-like atmosphere. Have stayed many places where things look well put together but couches and chairs hard as a rock! Not here. Convenient to family in the area so we would definitely stay again.
