This modern, single-story house features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a corner sofa, a television, and a Bluetooth speaker, as well as a suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a bathroom with a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet.

Outside, you will have access to a covered wooden terrace with an unobstructed view of the beautiful Périgord Vert countryside, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is not fenced.
The swimming pool, measuring 7m x 3.8m and 1.5m deep, is a saltwater pool shared with another gîte and is secured by a safety cover. It is open from June to September.
A high chair and travel cot are available upon request. Bed linen for a double bed is €15, and towels are €10 per person per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €60. Pets are €10 per day.
