Welcome to our beautifully restored historic home in Sanford, Florida! Whether you’re visiting family, traveling for work, attending a sports tournament, relocating, or planning a relaxing getaway, The Jade House offers the space, comfort, and convenience to make you feel right at home.
Located just a short walk from Historic Downtown Sanford’s restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and beautiful waterfront, our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home combines the character of a historic property with modern updates and thoughtful amenities.

We’ve put a lot of care into making our home comfortable and welcoming, especially for families and guests enjoying longer stays or coming for a long weekend.
Inside, you’ll find:
* 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a spacious king bedroom and a twin-over-king bunk room. Soft linens, bedside lamps, charging stations, and thoughtful touches make each room inviting.
* 3 fully renovated bathrooms, including two with bathtubs, stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials.
* A fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, plus a coffee bar and complimentary snacks.
* A private living room with comfortable seating for relaxing after a day exploring.
* Smart TVs throughout the home, with YouTube TV included and access to popular streaming apps using your own accounts.
* A quiet upstairs reading/work area, ideal for remote work or relaxing with a book.
* Entertainment for everyone, including foosball, karaoke, and board games.

You can walk downtown for breakfast, explore local boutiques, enjoy dinner, or take a stroll along the beautiful Lake Monroe waterfront. It’s a wonderful place to experience the local side of Central Florida, away from the busiest tourist areas.
