**KEYS** During business hours 9AM-6PM keys can be picked up from BeMyGuest Concierge on 220 Spencer Street. After hours 6PM-9AM keys can be picked up from the same location via a lock box out the front. Return keys to the same place any time.

The property was well located across the street from Southern Cross station. Upon arrival it was very clean and well decorated, it was really comfortable and felt like a home. Exactly as portrayed on the Stayz website. The host was very quick to reply to all messages and very helpful with easy to follow directions, and allowed us a late checkout. 10 out of 10 and I would definitely stay here again when in Melbourne
