Thoughtfully designed with warm earthy tones, soft textures, and aesthetic coastal décor, Thallasa offers a serene, homely escape—ideal for couples, solo travellers, and business guests seeking calm amidst the city.
Guest access
Guests enjoy complete privacy with uninterrupted access to the entire unit, there are absolutely no shared spaces. The apartment blends comfort, style, and tranquillity, giving you a serene escape right in the heart of the city.
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh air, quiet mornings, and calming views from the 12th floor. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply unwinding after a long day.

To help maintain the beauty of the space and ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, I follow these house rules with every booking. In the past, there have unfortunately been instances of items being damaged or taken, so this has become a standard practice to protect the property, and to allow you to enjoy your stay freely and without any worries. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
1. Wall décor & antiques
Kindly do not touch the wall décor. All pieces are antique and delicate.
2. Utensils
Please ensure utensils are cleaned after use.
3. Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. You may smoke only in the balcony area.
4. No pasting on walls or roof
Pasting of any kind (tape, stickers, hooks, etc.) is not allowed.
₹1000 penalty if any stains or marks are found.
6. Mirrors
Please handle mirrors with care (bathroom mirror & full-length dressing mirror).
₹500 fine for any damage.
7. Checkout time
Staying beyond the agreed checkout time is chargeable.
₹300 per hour.
8. Visitors policy
Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited. Visitors are allowed only till 5:00 PM, and prior permission from the host is mandatory.
