Welcome to the Alexanne 😊 apartment
This apartment has been refurbished with a lot of love, so that you can spend a great holiday there!
80 m from the sea, this cocooning apartment is perfect for a family looking for a comfortable and quiet pied-à-terre for a few days by the sea.
Its plus, a cozy decoration that makes you feel good inside in winter and a garden level with terrace to enjoy the sun in summer!

The accommodation
Apartment of 45 m2, located in a quiet and secure condominium, ideal for 2 to 5 people.
Fully equipped you will find everything you need for your comfort:
- A beautiful living room that evokes nature with its panoramic wallpaper and its opening onto the garden. You will find:
* a lounge area, with a comfortable sofa, a large television with a soundbar that also allows you to play your music in bluetooth. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
* a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction hob, combined fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will find at your disposal everyday kitchen products: olive oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, tea, herbal teas and Nespresso capsules.
* a dining area for 5.
- The "Dune" room, in soothing tones that invite you to rest, with a double bed (140x200) and a dressing room. The bedding is comfortable and new. This room has direct access to the terrace and the garden.
- The "Blue" room which evokes the sea and serenity. It has a bunk bed (sleeps 2 90x190), a single bed (80x200) and a dressing room. As in the first bedroom, the bedding is new.
In this room you will also find children's toys and books as well as beach toys.
- A very pleasant bathroom with a large shower and a washbasin with an XXL backlit mirror. You will have at your disposal shower gel, shampoo, make-up remover pads, cotton swabs and tissues. You will also find a washing machine in the bathroom.
- The toilet is separate.
- All shutters are electric and the apartment has underfloor heating.
- You will also find books (French and English), comics and board games in the apartment.
- Finally, outside, you will enjoy the garden level with a terrace sheltered from the wind, equipped on sunny days with a dining area (table, 5 chairs, parasol), a plancha for grilling and a small lounge/aperitif area with a bench. There are also 2 sun loungers for the garden.
This apartment is ideally located in Pornichet, in the heart of the golden triangle: beach 1 minute away, restaurants right next door, train station and shops 5 minutes away, Thalasso and Casino nearby! You can do everything on foot!

- This apartment is made for you to spend a peaceful and nuisance-free holiday. Therefore, a few rules must be respected for the comfort of all:
* Travelers must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental: no noise outside after 10 p.m. on the terrace or in the garden.
* Parties are prohibited.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
