This spacious desert retreat sits on a private lot and is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 7 beds, the home comfortably accommodates larger groups, making it ideal for family trips, group getaways, or extended stays.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for preparing home-cooked meals—along with multiple living areas to gather and unwind. The home also features a game room with a pool table, arcade game, and massage chair, creating a fun and relaxing experience for guests of all ages.
Step outside to enjoy the true highlight of the property. Take in beautiful desert and mountain views, relax by the private heated pool (heating available upon request), or fire up the BBQ grill for outdoor dining. To access the property:
• From W Speedway Blvd, turn onto Painted Mountain Rd / N Painted Hills Rd
• Follow the road up the hill and turn onto N Blue Ridge Rd
• Continue along Blue Ridge Rd until you reach the property
The home is tucked back from the road. Look for the long driveway leading up to the house—this is the correct entrance.
Please proceed up the driveway and use it for primary parking, as street parking is limited.
Check-in is at 4PM.
Your unique keyless access door code will be sent to you prior to check-in. Your door code will activate at 4PM on check-in day.
Entry Keypad Location: The keypad is located on the brown wooden front door of the home. Follow the walkway from the driveway to the front entrance. Once you reach the door, press any button on the keypad to wake it up—the keypad will light up. Enter the unique door code that was sent to you in the booking app to unlock the door.
Early Check-ins: Early check-ins are not always possible because the home may be occupied at that time, however, we do our best to accommodate requests when scheduling permits. If you would like an early check-in, please send us a message the morning of your check-in day to inquire about availability.

This place was breathtaking. Everything about this place was BEAUTIFUL. We are definitely going to be booking another stay there this summer. They had everything needed for cooking, more than enough of silverware, plates, pots, baking supplies, knives, etc. There were lots and lots of towels! I could go hours talking about how amazing this place was! Thank you so much for the stay! You guys were amazing hosts!
