Das Tiny House befindet sich unmittelbar an einem kleinen Naturteich mit Schwimmsteg. Eine großzügige Terrasse mit Grill und Kaminofen steht zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von Pferdekoppeln, einem Offenstall in Sichtweite und der nahegelegenen Reitanlage Hexenburg.
Die Unterkunft verfügt über alle notwendigen Ausstattungsmerkmale, darunter eine Spülmaschine, ein Kühlschrank sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Für die Übernachtung stehen zwei Doppelbetten auf getrennten Schlafebenen zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich kann die Sofaecke als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden.
