The "Bielefeld 15" vacation rental on Norderney is located in a renovated historic building that formerly housed the City of Bielefeld’s children’s home. The apartment is situated on the edge of the spa gardens, surrounded by a wooded setting. Thanks to this location, the apartment is in a quiet area while still being close to the island’s center.
With its two spacious rooms, the apartment offers plenty of space. The living area features a modern kitchenette that was installed in 2016. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has space for a crib (available upon request) if desired. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet, and there is also a separate toilet available, which is particularly convenient.
The vacation rental offers direct access to the house’s sun terrace. The southwest-facing terrace is approximately 40 square meters in size and is available for shared use. The terrace is furnished with seating and lounge chairs. Barbecuing is not permitted on the terrace. A highlight of the house is the opportunity to use the sauna and steam room. Use of these facilities must be authorized by the building manager and is subject to a fee.
The “Bielefeld 15” vacation rental is suitable for couples, families, and groups. Dogs are also welcome here. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
