The approximately 70 m² renovated and newly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet apartment building with 6 units. The non-smoking apartment features a bedroom (with a high-quality box-spring bed), living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, and an additional guest restroom. The floors are covered with newly installed laminate and tile, making them suitable for people with allergies. An electronic door lock system provides you with convenient, contactless access to the accommodation. 
Just a few steps from the banks of the Rhine (approx. 200 m), the Rhine Cycle Path invites you to take long walks or bike rides with magnificent views. Koblenz’s city center is easily accessible via a direct bus route—the bus stop is right outside your front door. You can also reach the convention center in less than 5 minutes on foot—ideal for attending trade shows or events.

Vacation Rental:

The bright bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 wardrobes (100 cm each), as well as a vanity or desk with a mirror, lamp, and USB port. The left-hand closet has a compartment designed for storing suitcases. The ceiling light can be adjusted via remote control as needed. The entire apartment is equipped with electric roller shades. The naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a new toilet, and a sink with a large illuminated mirror. The guest bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. In the entryway, you’ll find a coat rack with a seat. In the light-filled living room, you’ll find a modern, cozy, and electrically extendable seating area that doubles as a sleeping space for a third person. Next to a recliner is a round table with four comfortable, swivel upholstered chairs. The living area features a satellite TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee makers, a kettle, and a toaster. A table with three chairs is also provided.
The airy balcony is spacious and furnished with two folding armchairs and a small round table. Here you’ll enjoy sunshine all day long and a view of a quiet, green courtyard.
In the laundry room (in the basement area), a washer with a dryer function is available for your use. A spacious garage can also be rented for 10 € per day.
