This unique waterfront property in Salvo is situated on the Pamlico Sound - perfect for kiting, windsurfing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding right from your backyard! After a day of fun in the sun, come home and unwind with a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub. Three levels of expansive decking on both the east and west sides of the house provide plenty of opportunities for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade.
Inside, a reverse floorplan takes full advantage of the location, with the main living area on the top level where everyone can enjoy the panoramic views. There's ample space to entertain in the open-concept great room with comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. For an even better view, head up the spiral staircase to the loft and admire the spectacular sunsets from the balcony.
