🐾 -> PETS: This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee of $50 per dog per night. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
♨️ -> HOT TUB: A hot tub is available on the back deck that is cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are available under the kitchen sink and we recommend adding 1 scoop daily following use. Ensure the cover is put back on and buckled when not in use.
📄 The Booking Guest must be at least 21 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 12 people for this property.
