The house is very close to north beach, a short walk to the polk street access point. North Beach is very quiet and there's plenty of space to stretch out and go fishing. You get a great view of passing ships. You can see dolphins jumping in the bay and find horseshoe crabs and shells. On the front of the house near the door is a map of Tybee island which we found very interesting. There are also local artists displayed in the house, which we also liked.The house has a bedroom on the first floor, 2nd and third on the 2nd floor, and the top floor has a cozy alcove at the top of the house for kids. It fit our crew perfectly. The kitchen has all the amenities you need, coffee maker, Keurig and French press, microwave, electric kettle. The little welcome packet next to the sink had a small bottle of dish liquid, laundry pods and a sponge in case you forget, which we did! The master bath is huge. We were only there for the weekend, and even though it rained a bit, we still got a full day of sun- enough to get crispy. The covered porch out front, provided a nice place to sit and watch the rain. We would definitely choose this place again. The owners were very nice and were great to communicate with. They let us know an issue with the washer occurred prior to our stay, but had the machines replaced before we checked in.

Excellent Home and Space! Supplied well and close to the beach- Great area, super quiet and excellent choice if you prefer a non crowded area. The view is beautiful as well as the front porches that you have at different levels! We loved this home!
