Apartment Nina is situated in the heart of modern Dubrovnik. It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the historic Old City and downtown Dubrovnik.
This apartment features a furnished balcony with air-conditioning, a TV and free Wi-Fi.
Luggage storage is possible prior check in.
Public parking is possible with additional fee of 20 euros per day, reservation is not possible.
This lovely one-bedroom apartment comes with a balcony and features equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and electric kettle while spacious living room features dining and seating area. The accommodation also offers private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Baby cot is available upon request.
The part of the town, where this apartments are located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 10 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 200 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs. Nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment, Bellevue beach or Libertas beach or many more of them in Lapad Bay.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 5 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

I like the location, It has free parking if you park along the kerb, It has a newsstand and a provisional shop downstairs which make it very convenient to purchase anything you need in the apartment, The apartment is big and clean, It has the necessary kitchen ustensils for cooking, However, it is located at level 3 so you may need to take that into consideration if you are Travelling with a heavy luggage as there is no lift,

The owner was very helpful and nice, when we arrived, Provided good practical advice about dining, shopping and what and how to visit, The WIFI -internet speed is fine at the apartment, We enjoyed the whole four days stay at Dubrovnik,
